Delete your Vidonary account

You can permanently delete your Vidonary account and its associated data at any time — from this page, or in the app under Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

  • Your account and profile data (name, email, and authentication records)
  • Your content — videos, video projects, scripts, drafts, knowledge base documents, and AI conversation history
  • Connected social platform tokens (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), which are revoked and removed
  • Your subscription, which is cancelled with our payment processor

Data retention

Once you delete your account, your data is queued for permanent deletion and removed from active systems immediately. Encrypted backups are purged within 7 days. We may retain a minimal set of anonymised system logs, or records we are legally required to keep (for security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons), as described in our Privacy Policy.
